SHIPPING POLICY

Lumino Cielo ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 2 business days.

Lumino Cielo reserves the right to cancel a COD order if  two previous COD orders were either cancelled when the order was in transit or not accepted by the buyer. In such a case, Lumino Cielo shall process the order if it is prepaid via card option at the time of checkout.

Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 85 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 999/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations. A fixed shipping charge of Rs 100 is applicable for orders above Rs 999/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer)

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Lumino Cielo at any point without prior notification. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

We may offer ‘Free Shipping’ as a promotion. If we do, it will be specified on Lumino Cielo website and the promotion code would need to be applied during checkout to avail free promotion.

Estimated Delivery Time:  Lumino Cielo dispatches the shipment within 3 business days of receiving the order. For all areas serviced by large couriers, the delivery time typically is within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India

Tracking Packages: We will provide you with the tracking number of your package on your email. In case you do not receive this information within 1 business day, please email us at customercare@luminocielo.com. Also, please check your spam folder, sometimes the communication may get delivered to your spam folder. Tracking data may take upto 48 hours to appear on the courier company website.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure your shipping address and shipping phone number is correctly entered at the time of checkout so we can pass it onto the courier company to coordinate the delivery. Lumino Cielo shall not be liable for incorrect information provided at the time of placing the order.
