RETURN POLICY

Lumino Cielo aims to provide you 100% satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you would like to return our product, you can do so within 15 days of the receipt of the product. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition without any usage and wear and tear. Please return your purchase in its original packaging along with all the parts and documents. Please make sure you pack the product properly when you return it.

If your returning product was part of an order placed using a coupon or offer, then the coupon or offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The coupon benefit or the offer benefit will not be included in the refund.

Also, if products are purchased with a group offer, all the products related to the offer need to be returned together. For example, if you purchased products using ‘Buy 1 get the 2nd at 50% off’, you will have to return both products together as they were purchased with a group offer.

Only those products that are purchased on luminocielo.com can be returned to luminocielo.com

If you have purchased Lumino Cielo product at another store or online platform, you will have to work with that store or online platform to return your product. The return of the product is based on the policy held by that store or online platform.

To return your product, simply email to CustomerCare@Luminocielo.com and we will work with you to initiate the return of your product, as per the return policy stated above.

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be initiated only when the return is received by our warehouse and we have completed all the checks to ensure that the product returned is not-damaged and is in its original condition. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used for the order.

In the case where refund is approved from us, it will take 1-2 business days to process and initiate.

Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that the COD charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

The return shipping charges are not refundable by luminocielo.com

For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on customercare@luminocielo.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money refund is initiated in 1-2 business days after the cancellation request.
