Plantar Fasciitis Symptoms

The primary symptom of the Plantar Fasciitis is a pain, which can arise in any part of the inner side of the foot or beneath the heel. The pain arises gradually at the initial stage, but in advance stage, the pain intensity rises up.

The usual location of the pain in Plantar Fasciitis is 4 cm frontward from the heel and touching of this point can cause tenderness. Usually, both the feet get affected in Plantar Fasciitis.

In Plantar Fasciitis, the nature of the pain provides a feeling of stabbing at the bottom of the heel.

After wake up in the morning when you initiate the first step for standing for getting down from the bed worse the pain symptom. Even after a prolonged rest initiation of pain symptom also worse too much.  But gradually the pain intensity lowers after moving few steps. However, continuous walking or prolong standing posture also causes excessive pain in Plantar Fasciitis.

The raising of pain or feeling of pain symptoms usually occurs after completion of the task, the rare pain started during exercise, walking or running.

During stair rising sudden stretching of the plantar fascia also increase the pain intensity in Plantar Fasciitis affected individuals.

In Plantar Fasciitis, no nocturnal pain incidence occur.
