In case of spondylitis, one should take proper home, prepared foods and avoid all kinds of junk and unhealthy foods available out there, to maintain proper body weight.
The more body weight you gain the more difficulties you will face; extra pressure on spine.one should try foods which contain anti-inflammatory agents such as tomatoes, olive oil, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds and walnuts.

Cigarettes and other smoking stuff can make you seriously ill and it is also hard to eliminate spondylitis until you give up smoking. so better you leave smoking or suffer from spondylitis for the rest of your life.
